COUNCIL MINUTES

April 28, 2009

A special meeting of Richlandtown Borough Council was held on April 28, 2009. Stanley  Weikel opened the meeting at 7:00 P.M. Councilman John Calder was absent.

The meeting was called to award the bid for arsenic removal from Richlandtown water system.

Gary Weaver from Castle Valley Consultants also was present.

The bids were as follows:

On a motion by John Wassmer, seconded by Jim Bowman and approved by Council the bid was awarded to G S Developers with the stipulation that bearing no unforeseen circumstances the job be completed by November 30, 2009.

On motion by Floyd Bless seconded by Roy Schulenberg and passed by Council, the meeting was adjourned at 8.00 PM
