COUNCIL MINUTES

August 3, 2009

A special meeting of Richlandtown Borough Council was held on August 3, 2009. Stanley  Weikel opened the meeting at 7:00 P.M. All Councilmen were present.

ORDINANCE # 252 On a motion by Matt Scheetz, seconded by John Wassmer and passed by Council Ordinance # 252 for a loan of $884,324.00  to be secured from Pennvest to pay for the arsenic removal from the Borough water supply was adopted.

T MOBILE – Council discussed where the equipment needed to put an antenna on the water tank should be placed. It will be finalized at the regular Council meeting on August 10, 2009.

ADJOURNMENT

On motion by Floyd Bless seconded by John Calter and passed by Council, the meeting was adjourned at 8.30 PM
