COUNCIL MINUTES

September 22, 2009

A special meeting of Richlandtown Borough Council was held on September 22, 2009,. Stanley  Weikel opened the meeting at 7:00 P.M. All Councilmen were present.

Also attending were Matthew Doll asnd Tim Little from Hollenbach Construction Company.

Mary Kay McMahon from Phoebe Richland.

Josh Cavello, Borough Code Inspecter.

Laura Cullen, Borough Solicitor.

The purpose of the meeting was a conditional use hearing to waive Phoebe to have a Sub-division & Land Development plan for113 West Union Street to be converted from a single home to a two unit residence.

On a motion by Stanley Weikel, seconded by John Calder and passed by Council, Phoebe was given permission to waive the sub-division and land development process for 113 West Union Street. They must abide with all zoning rules and the International Building Code provisions and have all necessary permits. Attached is a copy of all the conditions between the Borough and Phoebe Richland.

On a motion by John Calder, seconded by Matt Scheetz and approved by Council, the meeting was adjourned at 8:15 P M.
