• Ord 245: Permit Expiration Adopted 02.11.2008
Projects must be started within one year of the issuance of the permit.
• Ord 246: Commercial Parking Adopted 02.11.2008
Prohibits the parking of certain commercial vehicles, motor buses, tractors, trailers, truck tractors on the streets of the borough between 10PM and 6AM.
• Ord 253: Cellular Equipment Adopted 12.14.2009
Regulates the placement of communication towers and the standards of review of proposed conditional use of communications tower.
• Ord 254: Sex Offender / Megan’s Law Adopted 06.14.2010

Ammends the Zoning Ordinance to include definitions pertaining to adult entertainment and guidelines for such uses.
