The Code of Ordinances was last codified in 2007. Below are the pertinent ordinances that have been passed in the interim. Here is a complete list of all the Ordinances of Richlandtown Borough.

Ord 245: Permit Expiration Adopted 02.11.2008

Projects must be started within one year of the issuance of the permit.

Ord 246: Commercial Parking Adopted 02.11.2008

Prohibits the parking of certain commercial vehicles, motor buses, tractors, trailers, truck tractors on the streets of the borough between 10PM and 6AM.

Ord 253: Cellular Equipment Adopted 12.14.2009

Regulates the placement of communication towers and the standards of review of proposed conditional use of communications tower.

Ord 254: Sex Offender / Megan’s Law Adopted 06.14.2010

Establishes residency restrictions for sex offenders. Here is a map of the restricted areas, and the Megan’s Law website.

Ord 255: Adult Entertainment Adopted 06.14.2010

Ammends the Zoning Ordinance to include definitions pertaining to adult entertainment and guidelines for such uses.
